Export summary from adhoc review needs coordinates

When you export the annotation summary from adhoc design review it would be great if the summary also contained the push pin coordinates so we could reuse the issues in a spatial context within other application.

Delete Forms from dashboard

you can only close created forms and not delete them. Test forms are often created to test work flows, It is untidy to just keep them as closed and will end up with more created forms than are needed for the project.

Place Issue in Drawing/Sheet

Reviewers would be able to place an issue directly in one of the Drawing/Sheet models that are found under the 2D Views tab. Without this, pdfs must be provided to review these sheets and create issues in Share.
