Delete Forms from dashboard

you can only close created forms and not delete them. Test forms are often created to test work flows, It is untidy to just keep them as closed and will end up with more created forms than are needed for the project.

Polygon section tool to better subdivide areas in the iTwin (similar to MSTN)
