Currently, 3D elements located under the map layer cannot be selected unless the terrain is temporarily disable in the Bing map. Viewing the terrain (Bing map) with the ability to select elements below it will allow to interact with all elements in the model without disabling the terrain or having to continually change the view.
Hi Marta, are you still unable to select iModel element/s under the bing maps level when you have unchecked the "Locatable" option in the map layer settings?
