I was actually talking about above ground functionality (things like buildings, trees, etc. that one can see in the Bing Maps app) - sorry, should have been clearer.
The Bing Maps Terrain is available through additional options on the Bing Maps.
Open the Reality Data Widget, locate Bing Maps and click the additional options menu (3 dots on the right). Click settings. Within the settings menu, selected to 'Use Terrain'.
