Would like to have the ability to check a model for the level of completeness of the attributes. This should be linked to project defined stages. As an example, at Detailed Design 75% of attributes should be complete, Construction 100%. The specific attributes which need completion should also be project definable.
Reporting and statusing should be available as well.

We will be soon releasing iModel Validation Service focusing on BIM data quality, where you can define attribute checking rules. Also, you'll be able to create different test cases for different phases of the project.
