The current email notifications are quite generic (as I imagine they need to be to cover all cases). It would be great if we could specify our own SMTP accounts to deliver these notifications, and then customise the content of the email using html so that we can deliver the notification with more context to the issue at hand.
Currently we do not know what the issue is in relation to without actually clicking the link; if we had the ability to embed an image of the issue in the email that would provide all the context we need; and if the email came from a project account rather than "noreply@Bentley.com" it would make it a lot easier to sort / filter issues by project when we inevitably end up with hundreds of these emails.
