Project or User-configurable Model Tree Model Naming display

Currently the Model Tree concatenates the Logical Name, followed by a comma and then filename of each reference. This can sometimes create a confusing looking tree display. It would be more efficient to allow an Admin or possibly a user (depending on Roles) to configure the display across the project.

Manipulate the name of the mapped models in iModel tree

In the iModel tree, the mapped models' names consist of 2 parts. A description or logical name and the model file name. What we are proposing is to be able to manipulate the order of these 2 parts. Refer to the screenshot attached.
