We use ProjectWise document workflow engine to support our ISO 19650 process. We want to make the federated iTwin available for all project members to visualize and review but want to ensure that only approved for shared files are synchronized to the iTwin. The iTwin can not contain any WIP information.
This is a must have for WSP. We currently manage this using restricted federated accounts which is painful. Having a simple workflow state option when creating the connection would be much simpler.
Joe,
This idea is really important to Hatch and key to aligning with ISO 19650 in terms of Information Delivery. We need to be able to provide stakeholders with a "Shared" Information Model and a "Published" Information Model, driven by Status (suitability).
Our clients are consistently asking for this now.
