When comparing the model to the context around it via the Bing map integration changing the transparency of the elements would be very useful as a solid element blocks out everything behind it. A slider or an input field where you can specify the percentage of opacity would be a relay nice tool for users to customize the view to best fit with the task at hand.
We have added new capabilities to our display of reality data. Go to the Reality data panel and select the more actions button "..." next to Bing background map. If you enable the 3D terrain option you can set the transparency of the background map.
Maybe also to set a transparency to the Arial image?
