For major projects the issue resolution tool is used by many different disciplines and functions. Each of them have their own processes and way of categorizing and managing issues. In order to facilitate for this it would be really useful if filled out forms can be tagged with customizable tags by the users.
Currently the only properties available for filtering and grouping are the bindings. While these are great for structuring and standardizing the actual data in the forms they aren't flexible enough for the management of them. So if a manager could put tags on the forms they can create a category that is specific to them and fits into their workflows.
I can imagine this functionality to be something similar to hashtags for Twitter or Instagram.
