iTwin Portal Synchronization from ProjectWise Saved Searches Merged

Models go through different Workflow State in ProjectWise before being shared or published to iTwin Hub. Currently, if the models are sync'd from a specific folder, models that are in WIP State, and not supposed to be shared, are also sync'd to iTwin Hub. Current work around is to create a separate account in ProjectWise that can only see Shared or Published models.

Sync'd from Saves Searches is currently not available in the iTwin Portal Synchronization.

Suggestions:

i) Sync models from PWE Saved Searches that contain only the Shared or Published models,

ii) Sync models from PWE Folders with additional tab to select Workflow State, or

iii) Sync models from PW Web Saved Searches.
