We want to assign issues by discipline. We can filter by discipline in the dashboard but there is no way to set the discipline when creating an issue.
It would be ideal that the default discipline for a person is their assigned discipline and they would have a chance to change to a different discipline.
Do you have an example of what you mean when you say "Discipline"? Can you share a screenshot?
