Set default IFC export format

When exporting a saved view from an iModel, or even a complete iModel, there are some options like the IFC version (IFC 2x3, IFC 4, IFC 4.3, ...). Now it always defaults to the latest version IFC 4.3

For example I always export to IFC4 RV1.2 but I always have to remember changing this setting. So I'd like that to be my default option instead ofthe newer IFC 4.3 (which Microstation can't reference ...).
