Customize properties name, show\hide and filter by user access rights

We need ability to customize the property name, show and hide unwanted properties, reorganize\rename section names and their properties. This will be very useful for rearranging properties regardless of which application the model was published from. Possibility of hiding properties depending on the role of the user, different specialties can only see what they are allowed to see.
