Automatically run validation & clash tests on new named version event

The process of manually running validation and clash tests is fairly slow and tedious. It would be far better to have available tests automatically executed based on an imodel event such as new version creation. Test automation could be assigned to specific imodels (i.e. those that need require validation) to compliment design coordination meetings.
