Photo panorama compass

The photo panorama viewer is awesome, any chance we could have a compass to show the direction of view. I am sure any user would find this useful particularly on linear jobs like rail. An icon showing the direction of North should suffice. When using Google Street View we have an overview of the viewer and direction, I don't think this needs to be that sophisticated.
