Power BI dashboard for model data and Forms/Issues

We need to create aggregated PowerBI reports of form data and model data.
This custom dashboard could be integrated in the itwin portal interface (and others, like Infrastructure Cloud), and shall fetch the data of forms, issues, and models, so project administrators could customize the dashboard for the project.
