Ability to Select All Components of a Category or Model from Selection Tree

Logging this here as suggested by #CS0066150.

Right now there's just no way to select all components from a layer/catetory or a file when there's a large number of elements in it.

This seems to be a very basic feature, not sure why it's not implemented in the first place.
