iModel Advanced Search with couple Properties search available

Advanced search in iModel has a possibility to add couple classes of elements and search by 1 property but it is often necessary to find for example element like "pipe" which diameter is higher than "20mm". I could do that with 1 search if i had couple properties to choose wth specified conditions between them ("and", "or" etc.).
