Having the ablity to filter forms by Area will be of great benefit to all iTwin users, as large projects (and imodels) have many plant areas which are generally reviewed and coordinated individually. eg issues and clashes are raised and managed on a per area basis. Currently there is no option to filter by Area.
Hi Mike, we will look into this request as other people have asked for it as well. At present we can only filter on common default form properties but will be investigate options to be enabling filtering on any form property in the iModel Viewer interface.
