Ability to amend and bulk update Issue Resolution Panel

Using the forms to update issues one by one is time consuming compared to established tools such as excel. Being able to update the issues without opening each issue form would be ideal and with the ability to update multiple rows (e.g ability to drag data as you can within excel). Also ability to import CSV. I think it would be worthwhile to review how users currently record issues within other tools on projects and then offer better so users don't want to return to previous methods.
