Custom Attributes for model elements

Teams on contractor's sides have to often create custom parameters in model elements to suite different needs in the federation environment i.e. working with traffic switches and separating elements built before and after it. All the teams not exposed to design applications would need to have this feature to customize the data inputs for quick use.
