Requirements:

1/ Must have ability to create selection sets (Named Groups) from:

-Source Model

-IFC Property Set Field Values

-ProjectWise Attributes

-Manual selection

-GUIDs

2/ Must have no dependency on 'Class'

3/ Must have Grouping / filtering of Named Groups

4/ Named Groups available across iModels in a BIC project (e.g. template creation similar to forms management)

5/Controls for the sharing of named groups - restrictions/mechanism to prevent the ability for any user to create global named groups (prevent overcrowding)
