Overlaying geo-referenced PDF on top/below the 3D Model

A user will want to validate the spatial location of the model in relation to a set of PDF plans that were issued. This is useful where models are created with different geospatial settings, ie Bridges vs Roadways.

Ability to see PDF overlay in Model View

Just like reality mesh, PDF overlays can be really useful for reviewing the project. Would be ideal to use the Compare Slider for this as well.
