When testing the commenting features, it appeared that while comments could be labeled and responded to, there wasn't a way to sort and take away comments that were already addressed, nor a way to place a timeline for a response to comments to bring accountability into the commenting process.
There are filtering options within the Comment list to limit which comments are shown based on status. We don't currently plan to completely remove comments in case they still need to be reviewed.
For more formal accountability and deadlines on comments you may want to look at the Digital Twin workflow for Design Review. This leverages our Issue Resolution Service for all created comments and allows for more detailed management.
