Provide Civil Bridge functionality for iT1 workflows
Currently, to utilize the civil bridge to query alignments and stationing we must use iT3 level access to produce the desired result for iT1 projects. This limits the usefulness of the adhoc iTwin for users that will only have iT1 level access.

To automate project provisioning/setup and migration of project settings between datacenters, we need to create/update the form definitions of a project through the iTwin API.
Please add support for PBR materials in the iTwin Synchronization. Many of our material libraries have already been upgraded to use PBR materials and we tend to get better quality visuals when using them.
