Transparency settings for reality mesh models

Similar to the Transparency slider for the Bing map overlay, add a feature for reality meshes where the user can adjust transparency for an individual reality mesh model..

Drop-down list of versions while creating iModel

While we create iModel and open folder with models directly from Project Wise all versions appear. It would be better if only last version would be chosen by default with a possibility to choose verion from drop-down list in version column
