Version Compare on a subsection of the iModel

Version Comparison load time is very slow for large projects. Provide the ability to run the comparison on only the selected Models. As that is what most engineers would be interested in as well, changes to their discipline etc.

Link Tie-in from 2D to 3D.

Currently P&ID tie-ins are pushed to PlantSight EDM. But OpenPlant Modeler can't browse to plant sight to link them together. Currently in OpenPlant Modeler, this is done as a note and pushed to Plantsight as Additional Material.
