Hide closed issues in grid view

In the Issues Resolution panel, have an admin-level toggle to hide closed issues for all users. A filter can be applied, but it would be helpful to hide closed issues by default in the issues grid.

Spatial root's parent folder should be opened when composite models are selected during connection creation

Model Tree - Turn on model and all sub-models / levels

I would like to have a tool in the Model Tree to turn on everything below a certain model. Rather than turn on all models which can take a long time in a large imodel. I would like to select a model and turn on all sub-models / levels below this.
